How to Make a simple homemade Vapour Rub
This is an old recipe easy enough for even the youngest novice to make and it doesn't take much time! I am sure there are many variations that can be created using your imagination and creativity. It can be fun to come up with your favorite by experimenting! I would love to hear your idea's and creations for this fabulous herbal remedy.
Homemade Vapor Rub
Stir, blending well.
Pour the mixture back in to a clean jar, re-label and seal with a tight fitting lid.
Some alternate ingredients you can experiment with are lavendar, chamomile, lemon verbena and mints. Some which can add a warming fragrance to help you relax, others to invigorate the senses, or that just make you feel good! And if you are into eco-consciousness try using a non-petroleum jelly.

1 small Jar of Petroleum Jelly, 2 drops each of Peppermint, Eucalyptus and Pine essential oils.

In a double boiler and low heat, melt a small jar of petroleum jelly stirring constantly and just until liquid.
Pour the mixture back in to a clean jar, re-label and seal with a tight fitting lid.

Immediately add 2 drops each of Peppermint, Eucalyptus, and Pine essential oils.
