This is a basic set of steps for selecting shoes on Zappos.com

Go to www.zappos.com. Zappos has more than 1000 brands and 164,000 different styles. You'll notice we sell other stuff besides shoes. And we add new stuff all the time.
If you are not sure what your shoe size is, either click on this link
http://www.zappos.com/measure.zhtml or type the word "measure" in the search field and click on the GO button and you'll go to the Zappos shoe size chart.

Click on "Shoes" - now slowly scroll down this page to see which shoe search setup you like best. The first setup has Men's, Women's and Kids' sections as well as other choices like style, size, width, color and price. If you like this setup, then select as many of the choices as you want and then click on the orange search button.

If the shoes displayed by your search are what you wanted, then please shop vigorously! If not, then you can modify your search choices then click on the orange "Narrow Results" button when you are done.

If you'd like to use another search setup - by brand, style, width or what's on sale, then click on the underlined text of the setup you want.

When you see a shoe that you like, you can add it to your cart by clicking either the picture or the wording for that shoe. A webpage just for that shoe will open and you can learn more about the shoe by reading size advice, reviews and other detials specifically for that shoe. Clicking on the shoe picture will open a "multi-view" window and you can see the shoe from different angles.

You can check availability of a shoe by selecting the size, color and width of that shoe and then clicking the Add to Cart button. Don't worry, you can definitely change or remove items from your shopping cart later

After you've added all the items you want to your shopping cart, click on the orange Proceed to Checkout button. If you don't have a Zappos account, you'll be prompted for the steps to create one. Don't worry, we won't give any of your personal details to anyone else. We hate spam emails as much as you do.
